Getting to Moab


Driving
Moab is located 30 miles south of Interstate 70 on Highway 191. We have a roomy parking area.


Flying into Salt Lake City
From Salt Lake City there are two options.

  • Rent a car and drive to Moab and leave it at Rim Village. The drive is approximately 4-4 1/2 hours.


  • Take the Bighorn Express Shuttle with Utah Shuttle Services. This shuttle leaves the Salt Lake airport Mon - Sat at 8:30 am and arrives in Moab at 1:00 pm at the Ramada Inn. It leaves Moab Mon - Sat from the Ramada Inn at 2:30pm and arrives in Salt Lake at 7:45 pm. Round trip fare is $138 one way is $69. To book your seat, call 888-655-7433 or 801-746-3023.


Flying into Grand Junction, Colo.

  • Rent a car from Thrifty Car Rental and drive to Moab. Compact cars rent for approximately $49/day with a $75 drop fee, rates vary. Be sure to reserve one for the drive back. The drive is approximately 2 hours. Moab 435-259-7317, Grand Junction 970-243-7556 or 800-373-0277.



Flying into Moab

  • Great Lakes Aviation flies from Denver to Moab for $104 each way. They have two flights daily. Scheduled flight times and additional pricing can be found on their website www.flygreatlakes.com. Or call 800-554-5111 to make a reservation.

  • For a shuttle from the Moab Airport into town call Coyote Shuttle at 435-259-8656, or Nomad Cab at 435-260-9986.


Getting home
The camp will end with a late lunch at the condos on the last day. If you need a shuttle back to the Salt Lake or Grand Junction airport, contact Western Spirit before your trip begins and they will help you with the details. If your flight plans require you to spend the night in Salt Lake City, a shuttle can also take you to the Airport Radisson 801/364-5800. Their rates are approximately $89/night plus tax and they offer airport shuttle services for the next day.
