We’ll go over positioning, balance, cornering, braking, switchbacks, riding down stairs, riding up and down those infamous water bars, steep climbing and descending; plus anything else we can come up with – or any requests you may have.

Lunch
We’ll enjoy a yummy lunch compliments of the Alison Dunlap Adventure Camps

1:00pm-3:00pm
In the afternoon we will be applying the skills and techniques from the morning session to actual trail riding. We will be stopping to work on lots of different technical sections.

We’ll be utilizing the trails and bike paths at the top of Mt. Falcon.
